Трансформація підприємств агропромислового комплексу України

Abstract

Висока динамічність та нестабільність розвитку підприємств агропромислового комплексу України викликають необхідність детального розгляду проблем та можливих напрямів трансформації даних підприємств. Характерною тенденцією діяльності агропромислових підприємств сьогодні виступає скорочення обсягів діяльності. Нестабільна законодавча база, переорієнтація на вирощування технічних культур, відсутність доступу до недорогих кредитних ресурсів, використання застарілих основних засобів та низький рівень інформаційної обізнаності – найвагоміші чинники, що впливають на діяльність сучасних агропромислових підприємств України. Основними напрямами для розвитку виступають упровадження прогресивних технологій в агропромисловому виробництві, розвиток вітчизняного машинобудування, формування агропромислової інфраструктури, забезпечення державної підтримки та податкового стимулювання агропромислових підприємств. Першочерговим завданням трансформації агропромислового комплексу країни виступає його техніко-технологічна модернізація.

High dynamics and instability of development of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine require detailed consideration of problems and possible directions of transformation of these enterprises. A typical trend of activity of agricultural enterprises today is the reduction in activity. Unstable legislative framework, the shift towards cultivation of industrial crops, lack of access to affordable credit, the use of obsolete fixed assets and low level of information awareness are the most significant factors influencing the activities of modern agro-industrial enterprises of Ukraine. The main areas for development are the introduction of advanced technologies in agricultural production, the development of domestic machine-building, the formation of the agricultural infrastructure, provision of government support and tax incentives for agricultural enterprises. The primary task of the transformation of the agro-industrial complex of the country is its technical and technological modernization. We must also take into account the specific nature of competition in the agricultural sector: mismatch between demand and supply of agricultural products, the inelasticity of demand for agricultural products, state regulation of prices for agricultural product, the increase in non-price competition, presence at the same time all kinds of competition. One of the tools for the revitalization and development of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine is the creation of a free trade zone with the EU. Removing obstacles for the development of agro-industrial companies in Ukraine requires a comprehensive approach that will integrate activities at the level of state, regional management, and activities aimed specifically at the activities of enterprises.
