Моделювання управління виробництвом багаторівневих інтегрованих структур лісопромислового комплексу

Abstract

Розроблено модель управління виробництвом багаторівневих інтегрованих структур лісопромислового комплексу, реалізація якої дозволяє забезпечити узгодження агрегованих показників роботи підприємств із загальним критерієм ефективності виробничо-економічного характеру. Запропонована модель включає групу виробничих задач вибору технологій, пов’язаних системою транспортних задач перевезення сировини, готової продукції. Запропонований метод розв’язання лінійного варіанта багатоетапної транспортно-виробничої задачі, заснований на блоковій структурі зв'язків між обмеженнями з використанням схем подвійної декомпозиції, при якій отримані часткові задачі зберігають свою вихідну структуру і зміст, оскільки блочні задачі повністю відповідають задачам виробничого планування підсистеми, а “центральна”, хоча і втрачає властивості транспортної, але залишається близькою до неї.

The model of production management of multilevel integrated structures of forestry industry, implementation of which ensures the coordination of aggregate performance of companies with a common criterion of efficiency of production and economic nature was developed. The proposed model includes a group of production problems regarding the selection of technologies that are related by the system of raw materials and finished products transportation problems, of rational distribution and functioning of securing enterprises and industries (forest resources, energy, transportation, construction, etc.), to optimize the management of material and transport flows. Complex problems and models in the planning and management of multilevel integrated timber complex structures have distinct hierarchical structure. Problems are solved at a higher level, then are detailed on the lower level, while the class used models are usually stored, and the model becomes more detailed (the principle of "continuously-variable planning"). Information communications tasks form the circuit, causing the problem of decomposition of complex problems and study the convergence of the solution, which can be eliminated by successive approvals solutions. The method of solving linear version of a multi-transport-production task based on the block structure of relations between constraints with the use of dual decomposition scheme in which obtained partial tasks retain their original structure and meaning was proposed, because block tasks fully meet the objectives of subsystem production planning and "central" one, although losing transport properties, remains close to it. Implementation of the obtained from a multi-transport-production tasks unifying model that corresponds to the system process control top-level guarantees a high economic impact, identifies the "weaknesses" and the state of the production structure, and prospects of its development.
