Моделювання матеріального потоку з урахуванням чинника порушення виробничого ритму

Abstract

Розроблено модель матеріального потоку виробничої системи з урахуванням чинника порушення виробничого ритму. Проаналізовано можливості компенсації збурень відносно показників ритмічності та надійності з розглядом інтегральної компенсації порушення виробничого ритму, тобто компенсації впливу збурення на математичне сподівання вихідного потоку, повної компенсації порушень ритму, що припускає локалізацію збійних ситуацій у процесі виробництва за часом і місцем їх виникнення за рахунок створення страхових ресурсів потужності, та часткової компенсації збурення, при якій показники якості задовольняють задані умови. Встановлено, що інтегральна компенсація збурень може забезпечити задовільні показники якості тільки на обмеженому інтервалі управління. У загальному випадку потрібна додаткова компенсація флуктуацій, що дозволяє підвищити надійність виконання плану.

The model of material flow of the production system is developed considering the factor of violation of production rhythm. Possibilities of indemnification of indignations are analyzed in relation to the indexes of rhythm and reliability with consideration of integral indemnification of violation of production rhythm, that is indemnifications of indignation influence on the mathematical expectation of initial flow, complete indemnification of violations of rhythm, that assumes localization of failure situations in the process of production at times and place of their origin due to creation of insurance resources of power, and partial indemnification of indignation, at which the indexes of quality satisfy certain conditions. It is set, that integral indemnification of indignations can provide the satisfactory indexes of quality only on the limited interval of management. In general case additional indemnification of fluctuations is needed, that allows to promote reliability of implementation of plan. The model of material flow considers the technological inertia of object, conditioned by the space-temporal slowness of technological route, management of input flow, the changes of which affect the size of flow of subsequent operations, distribution of indignations influence and managements on subsequent operations, and also increase of reserve, before operation, where the violation of rhythm through reduction of its carrying capacity has happened. The offered model allows to "lose" on it basic production situations at the level of production volume parameters, that draws it together with the simulation model of production process. However the analytical type of model does it by an enough flexible instrument while solving tasks of analysis of processes of management of an object.
