Методи та засоби обліку пацієнтів Центру первинної медичної санітарної допомоги

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена питанню удосконалення методів та засобів обліку пацієнтів Центру первинної медичної санітарної допомоги. Розроблено систему обліку пацієнтів, яка може зберігати і обробляти не тільки паспортні дані пацієнтів, а також інформацію про виявлені в них симптоми хвороби та поставлений лікарем діагноз. У рамках розв’язання поставленої задачі використано комбінований тип даних. Це дозволило зберігати необмежену кількість різної інформації і опрацьовувати її по полях. Також використано функції для введення, оновлення та запису інформації у базі даних (БД), зчитування інформації з БД, сортування даних, виведення результатів. Впровадження розробленої системи обліку пацієнтів Центру медичної санітарної допомоги дозволить медичним закладам функціонувати більш ефективно, знизити кількість помилок і проблем в обслуговуванні, а також скоротити людські ресурси та час, що витрачається на ведення документації.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of improvement of methods and means of accounting of patients of the Center of primary medical sanitation. A system of patient records has been developed that can store and process not only passport data of patients, but also information on the symptoms of the disease found in them and the diagnosis posed by the doctor. In the framework of solving the problem, a combined data type is used. This allowed to store an unlimited number of different information and process it by fields. Also used are functions for entering, updating and recording information in a database (DB), reading information from the database, sorting data, output results. Implementation of the developed system of patient registration of the Center for Medical Sanitary Care will allow medical institutions to function more efficiently, reduce the number of errors and problems in service, and reduce human resources and time spent on the maintenance of documentation.
