Abstract

The main objectives of the thesis is to study the current state of methods, quality models of distance education, identify their shortcomings justification as models of distance education, development of methods and means of quality evaluating the distance learning, which together would allow to unify criteria and evaluation to achieve the ultimate goal - to ensure the completeness and adequacy of the quality evaluation criteria. In the first chapter of the thesis analyzes the current state of quality assurance in the field of distance learning, the peculiarities of their functioning, standards and studied as models of distance learning and the conclusions imperfections approaches for evaluating the quality of distance learning and relevance problems. In the second chapter of the thesis the factors influence the quality of distance learning, built and reasonably describe the quality model of distance learning, the method and algorithm of Evaluation of such systems. This enabled more fully and adequately, compared to other models in a uniform and standardized form to represent the properties of distance learning. The third chapter is a comparison of quality criteria of modern distance education and support automation tool developed process quality evaluation of distance learning. The fourth chapter deals with the question of economic feasibility of research and implementation of software. In the thesis work also deals with issues of safety, security and environmental emergencies.
