Модернізація внутрішньогосподарського контролю запасів у системі управління целюлозно-паперовими підприємствами

Abstract

Розглянуто необхідність удосконалення існуючої системи внутрішньогосподарського контролю та його складових. Удосконалено організаційну структуру підприємств целюлозно-паперової промисловості з метою раціоналізації розподілу завдань та обов’язків працівників відділів контролю й удосконалення ієрархічної схеми їх підпорядкованості. Сформована структура повинна також здійснювати керівництво винахідництвом та раціоналізаторством, яке сприяє поліпшенню технічного забезпечення виробництва, якості продукції і зниженню її матеріаломісткості. Запропонована модернізація існуючої системи контролю з урахуванням особливостей системи управління та технічних можливостей підприємств целюлозно-паперової промисловості позитивно вплине на показники їх діяльності.

The necessity of improvement of the existent intraeconomic control of inventories and his constituents system is considered. With the aim of improvement of internal control of inventories in control system by the enterprises of pulp and paper industry it is necessary to modernize the existent checking system taking into account modern features and economic feasibilities of the investigated enterprises. Basic component developments of strategy of internal control of supplies must be functionally sent to: improvement of co-ordinating of activity of services of intraeconomic control of inventories and her separate participants(inspectors); the stage-by-stage planning of control events and their clarification is depending on an economic situation and necessities of control of inventories; control and coordination of individual aims and tasks of control of inventories and development of events of stimulation in case of achievement of economy of resources.An offer modernisation of the existent checking system taking into account the features of control system and economic feasibilities of enterprises of pulp and paper industry positively will influence on their performance indicators. The formed structure must also carry out guidance an invention and rationalizer, that assists the improvement of hardware of production, quality of products and decline of her resource-demanding.
