Аналіз впливу мотивацій іноземних інвесторів на форми реалізації інвестиційних проектів

Abstract

Висвітлено основні мотиви іноземних інвесторів, проаналізовано фактори впливу на мотивації вкладників капіталу. Описано та проаналізовано найпоширеніші форми реалізації іноземних інвестицій. На основі даного аналізу визначено та сформовано основні критерії класифікації форм здійснення прямого іноземного інвестування, а також сформовано основні критерії класифікацій мотивацій прямого іноземного інвестування. Базуючись на вищенаведених класифікаціях, у даній статті подано таблицю залежності між мотиваціями іноземних інвесторів та формами реалізації їх інвестиційних проектів, що може стати у пригоді при формуванні стратегій залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій, які відіграють дуже важливу роль у сучасних міжнародних економічних відносинах.

Today the question about foreign investing more often troubles both affluent international enterprises and countries in general because of its rising importance for each participant of the investing process. Foreign direct investment plays a significant role in big companies' development and strategy planning and in international economic relations at all. There are a lot of different motivations for foreign direct investing; each investor has his own motives. There are so many concepts for foreign investment forms' classification nowadays. The main motives for foreign direct investment and factors that have influence on foreign investors are described in the article. Also the most widespread forms of foreign investments are analyzed in the article. The fundamental classification criteria of forms for foreign direct investment and the fundamental classification criteria of foreign direct investment motivations are determined and formed on the basis of this analysis. Dependency between foreign investors' motivations and forms of foreign direct investment are analyzed and presented in the table form. These classifications and especially the dependency between foreign investors' motivations and forms of investment realization can help us to understand needs of foreign investors. That understanding, in its turn, can help both huge companies and countries in forming involving strategy for foreign investments, which is so important and necessary for country's economic development.
