| Kokkuvõte: | Визначено причини неплатоспроможності адміністративно-територіальних одиниць в умовах фінансово-економічної нестабільності. Проаналізовано нормативно-правове поле зарубіжних країн, яке передбачає застосування комплексу мір по забезпеченню фінансової стійкості територій і здійснення процедури муніципального банкрутства. Обґрунтовано заходи, спрямовані на попередження неплатоспроможності адміністративно-територіальних одиниць і зменшення негативних наслідків на стан місцевих фінансів. |
| Sponsorship: | The reasons of insolvency of administrative and territorial units in conditions of financial and economic instability are determined. The laws of foreign countries, which involve the application of complex measures of ensure financial stability of territories and procedures of municipal bankruptcy, are analyzed. The measures aimed at preventing insolvency of administrative and territorial units and reduce of negative effects on the state of local finances are substantiated. |
