| Resum: | Розроблено ієрархічну структуру автоматизованої системи підтримання прийняття рішень при управлінні періодичністю технічного обслуговування технологічних комплексів і показано, як її застосовувати у проблемній ситуації «Оптимізація періодичності профілактичної заміни інструменту». Наведено залежність коефіцієнта готовності від періодичності технічного обслуговування для початкових даних, узятих із пасивного виробничого експерименту. Розроблено рекомендації для поліпшення технічного обслуговування технологічного комплексу. It is developed hierarchical structure of the automated system of support of decision-making at management of periodicity of maintenance service of technological complexes and its application in a problem situation «Optimization of periodicity of preventive replacement of the tool» is shown. It is presented dependence of factor of readiness on periodicity of maintenance service for the initial data taken from passive industrial experiment. It is developed recommendations from improvement of maintenance service of a technological complex. |
