Удосконалення системи управління матеріальними запасами на підприємствах целюлозно-паперової промисловості

Abstract

Досліджено особливості процесу управління матеріальними запасами на підприємствах целюлозно-паперової промисловості з метою отримання повної і достовірної інформації для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень. Вказано сучасні проблеми з визначення потреби у матеріальних запасах та запропоновано шляхи їх усунення. Запропоновано книгу обліку фактичних потреб у матеріальних запасах для уточнення обсягів замовлень. На підставі розробленої форми розраховано індекси потреб, за допомогою яких здійснюється планування потреби в матеріальних запасах на будь-який конкретний період.

Modern market relations predetermine the formation of the new control system over financial and economic activity of management subjects. Inventory control has an important role in this system. The features of inventory management process at the pulp and paper industry enterprises with the aim of getting complete and reliable information for effective administrative decision-making are investigated in the article. Modern problems concerning the determination of need in inventory and ways of their elimination are identified; the Accounting Book for actual needs in inventories for clarification the orders volumes is offered. The indices of inventories need with the help of which it can be planned for any period of time are calculated on the basis of the worked out form. The problems of inventory rational control, its optimization at the pulp and paper industry enterprises are considered and the ways of their elimination are offered in the article. For effective inventory control at the pulp and paper industry enterprise it is appropriate to: determine the rational inventories volumes by their manoeuvring; apply new progressive inventory control systems; improve the process of rates setting by establishing reasonable norms and standards which can be applied at enterprises depending on the industry and assortment of products; improve supply organization, including establishment of clear contractual terms of supply, optimal choice of suppliers, coordinated work of transport; organize the infrastructure which implies the rational use of inventories and control over their spending.
