Міжнародна фрагментація виробництва високотехнологічної продукції

Abstract

Простежено динаміку міжнародної торгівлі проміжною (частини та компоненти) та готовою високотехнологічною продукцією за період з 1995 року по 2010 рік, виявлено основні тенденції в торгівлі даною продукцією. Проаналізовано структуру торгівлі високотехнологічною продукцією групи розвинених країн і країн, що розвиваються, виявлено відмінності в зазначеній структурі та окреслено основні тенденції у виробництві зазначеної продукції по вищезгаданих групах країн. За обсягами експорту та імпорту із досліджуваних країн виділено групи двадцяти найбільших експортерів та двадцяти найбільших імпортерів проміжної високотехнологічної продукції, проаналізовано зміну складу зазначених груп у розрізі 1995 та 2010 років. Досліджено структуру та динаміку міжнародної торгівлі зазначеною продукцією в різних регіонах світу – в країнах Південно-Східної Азії, Європи, Північної та Південної Америк. Виявлено характерні особливості та спільні риси у торгівлі високотехнологічною продукцією в зазначених регіонах.

The aspects that reflect the international fragmentation of high-tech industry production in the global manifestation are examined in the article. The basis of research were OECD countries, EU countries outside the OECD, BRICs and five ASEAN countries with the largest GDP volume of economy (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia). The dynamics of international trade of semi-finished (parts and components) and finished high-tech production for the period from 1995 to 2010 is traced in the article, the main tendencies in trade of this production are revealed. The trade structure of high-tech production of the group of developed countries and developing countries is analyzed, the differences in the specified structure are revealed and main tendencies in the production of the specified products in the above-mentioned groups of countries are outlined. The foreign trade balance of semi-finished and finished high-tech production in the specified groups of countries for the period from 1995 to 2010 is researched. The change of the developed countries and developing countries share in international trade by semi-finished high-tech production during the analyzed period is analyzed. The groups of twenty largest exporters and twenty largest importers of semi-finished high-tech production by the volume of export and import of researched countries are identified, the structure change of specified groups in 1995 and 2010 is analyzed. The structure and dynamics of international trade by specified production in different regions of the world – in countries of South East Asia, Europe, North and South America are investigated. Characteristic peculiarities and common features of high-tech production trade in specified regions are revealed. For each of the specified regions of the world the trade structure by semi-finished high-tech production in the different industries is analyzed, each region characteristic tendencies in production and trade of high-tech production in different industries are shown.
