Застосування системи одночасних рівнянь для ідентифікації та планування змін у процесі життєвого циклу підприємства

Abstract

Запропоновано підхід до ідентифікації та планування змін. Зокрема, на основі системи одночасних рівнянь змодельовано влив зовнішніх та внутрішніх зацікавлених груп, галузевих показників на розпізнавання та планування змін з урахуванням стадії життєвого циклу підприємства. Визначено та обґрунтовано з урахуванням конкретних принципів включення до моделі переліку ендогенних та екзогенних змінних. У симультативній моделі враховано також вплив буллевих змінних та обґрунтовано значення, яких вони можуть набувати. Розроблено підхід для визначення стадії життєвого циклу підприємства на основі комбінування кількісних та якісних методів, а саме, розрахунку інтегрального показника та експертного опитування. Сформовано методи розрахунку деяких запропонованих незалежних змінних, які характеризують вплив зацікавлених груп на прийняття рішення про необхідність упровадження змін.

The approach of identification and planning of changes is proposed. In particular, on the basis of simultaneous equations the impact of external and internal stakeholders as well as industry indicators on recognition and planning of changes is modeled, taking into account the stage of the life cycle of the enterprise. Factors that influence the decision making about the usefulness of changes implementation at the enterprise are defined. Internal and external stakeholder’s influences, the impact of industry in general, the influences of other external factors are defined as the foregoing factors. It is justified the inclusion into the model of a range of endogenous and exogenous variables, taking into account the specific principles. Endogenous variables in the model are determined as follows: profit, sales, operating expenses, balance of stakeholder's and enterprise's interests, factors of external environment. The influence of qualitative variables on the simultaneous equation model is considered and values which they may obtain are grounded. The qualitative variables are determined as follows: the degree of competition and the impact of external environment. The influence of external environment is determined by experts and can be characterized as unfavorable, neutral and favorable. The approach for determining the stage of life cycle of the enterprise on the basis of a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, in particular the calculation of integral indicator and expert survey is developed. The methods of calculations of some proposed independent variables, which characterize the influence of stakeholders on decision making about the need of changes introduction are formed.
