Математична модель процесу фрезерування криволінійних контурів циліндричною фрезою

Abstract

Наведено математичну модель фрезерування радіусних поверхонь по внутрішньому і зовнішньому контурах кінцевими фрезами. Виведено аналітичні залежності для визначення товщини зрізу металу зубом у процесі обертання й переміщення фрези по еквідістанті до контуру. Уточнено формулу з математичної моделі для визначення сили різання під час фрезерування криволінійних контурів кінцевими фрезами. Результати досліджень представлено у вигляді графіків.

The theoretical research of the peculiarities of milling the radius surfaces along the internal and external counters of finger cutters is conducted. The analytical dependences for determining the thickness of metal cut by the tooth during the cutter’s rotation and replacement along the equidistant to the counter are developed. The formula from the mathematical model for determining the cutting power during the milling of curvilinear contours by terminal cutters is specified. The results of the research are presented in a form of graphics.
