Система підтримки прийняття рішень при проектуванні процесів обробки на технологічному обладнанні

Abstract

Важливою є проблема використання засобів та методів технічного діагностування верстатного комплексу з чпк і математичних моделей для розробки та впровадження системи підтримки прийняття рішень при проектуванні процесів обробки на технологічному обладнанні, обгрунтування алгоритмів прийняття рішень при діагностуванні цього обладнання з метою підвищення ефективності і надійності роботи комплексу та якості деталей, які обробляються на ньому. Вирішення цієї актуальної проблеми пропонується авторами. Основою успішного функціонування виробничого середовища є прийняття рішень, адекватних до умов, у яких функціонують об'єкти – технологічне обладнанння. Системи підтримки прийняття рішень, у яких сконцентровані могутні методи математичного моделювання, науки керування, інформатики, є інструментом, який розробляється для допомоги при роботі у різних галузях діяльності.

Important there is a problem of use of means and methods of technical diagnosing of a complex and mathematical models for development and introduction of system of support of acceptance of the decisions at designing processes of processing on technological equipment, substantiation of algorithms of acceptance of the decisions at diagnosing this equipment with the purpose of increase of efficiency of work of a complex and quality of details, which are processed on it. The decision of this urgent problem is offered by the authors. The basis of successful functioning of industrial environment is acceptance of the decisions adequate to conditions, in which the objects - technological function. Systems of support acceptance of the decisions, in which concentrated methods of mathematical modeling, the sciences of management, computer science, are by the tool, which are developed for the help at work in different spheres of activity.
