In this paper, we have synthesized the microparticles of YVO4:Bi3+ by the method of solid phase synthesis with different concentrations of Bi. For processing and analysis of experimental data we used “prospectr” R-package, namely for data smoothing and noise elimination. As a result, we can say that with increasing of concentrations of Bismuth ions in the matrix YVO4, the edge of luminescence excitation is shifting to the longer wavelengths 370nm. This fact allows us to use such luminescent nanoparticles as biomarkers. The R packages for spectroscopy in physics research of luminescence appear to be more useful than standard methods of computer research.

Testing was carried out for texts of three gradations of complexity. The biometric evaluation of cognitive and physical load of users is presented, and the evaluation criteria are considered. Differences in typing efficiency on traditional screen keyboards and on modern keyboards with dynamic dictionary and autocorrection are discussed as far as on-screen keyboards supply in GNU/Linux.

The desktop interface in an easy way allows to organize work with data files, saving system parameters configurations and setting numerical calculation parameters. Using of GUI allows to simplify the automation of the different algorithms of calculation, particularly correction of Fourier transform taking into account low-frequency term of integral below the frequency range, where the dielectric spectra are known.
