Короткий огляд (реферат): Основи менеджменту - це курс, який дає розуміння традиційного менеджменту, його філософії та ролі в суспільстві, знання моделей для аналізу та контролю функцій управління в компанії чи іншій організації. Курс охоплює основні поняття, часто ілюстровані прикладами компаній.
Fundamentals of management is a course that creates understanding of traditional management, its philosophy and role in society, knowledge of models for analysis and control of the management function in a company or other organisation. The course covers basic concepts, often illustrated by examples from companies.
Опис: Метою курсу "Основи менеджменту" є формування сучасного управлінського способу мислення та системи спеціальних знань у сфері управління; розвиток розуміння концептуальних основ управління системою в організації; отримання здатності аналізувати внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище, приймати адекватні управлінські рішення. Цілями курсу "Основи менеджменту" є: Дати студентам цілісне розуміння: теорії та практики організаційної діяльності; регулювання процесів, що відбуваються в організації; основних понять та категорій управління; принципів, функцій та методів управління; змісту процесів і технології управління; планування, мотивації, організації та контролю; прийняття рішень; інформаційної підтримки управлінського процесу; лідерства; етики і відповідальності; ефективності управління. У результаті студент повинен вміти: визначати відношення причин і наслідків в організаціях; аналізувати матеріал у певній системі; порівняти факти на основі знань, отриманих з різних джерел; робити внесок у гармонізацію людських відносин та налагодження ефективного спілкування; розробляти технології для прийняття та виконання управлінських рішень; структурувати завдання відповідно до кількості та кваліфікації особистості; визначити пріоритети у роботі та термін її виконання; вибирати співробітників залежно від їх ділових та особистих рис; розподіляти завдання; делегувати; будувати організаційні структури різних типів; створювати і змінювати організаційний імідж та культуру; визначати та оцінювати ефективність управління.
Aim of the course “Fundamentals of management” is forming the modern managerial mode of thinking and a system of special knowledge in the sphere of management; developing of understanding of conceptual basis for system management in organization; obtaining the ability to analyze internal and external environment, making adequate managerial decisions. The objectives of the course “Fundamentals of management” are: To provide the students with the integral idea about: the theory and practice of organizational operation; regulation the processes that take place in organization; the main notions and categories of management; principles, functions and methods of management; content of a processes and technology of management; planning, motivation, organizing and controlling; decision-making; information support of managerial process; leadership; ethics and responsibility; effectiveness of management. As a result student must be able to: determine the relation of causes and effects in organizations; analyze and synthesize material in a certain system; compare facts on the basis of knowledge obtained from various sources; make contribution to the harmonization of human relations and establish effective communication; develop technologies for making and implementing managerial decisions; structurise tasks according to the number and qualifications of personal; prioritize work, determine the term of it performance; choose employees depending on their business and personal traits; allocate tasks; delegate; build organizational structures of different types; create and transform the organizational image and culture; identify and assess the effectiveness of management.
