Abstract

Formular for determination of the contact tensiles in the ball, in the which fbsolutely smooth ring die is forced, are obtained. The ball is soldered with the rigid base and the residual stress field is available caused by the localised heating under welding. Numerical analysis of the task is carried out. It is shown that the die geometry as well as residual stresses in the fall influence sufficiently on the value and characteristic feature of the contact tensiles distribution.
