Прагматика реалізації дохідної поведінки домогосподарствами в контексті сучасних тенденцій

Abstract

Висвітлено теоретичні аспекти реалізації дохідної поведінки домогосподарствами та її вплив на розвиток соціально-економічних процесів в суспільстві. Розкрито сутність доходів домашніх господарств з позицій мікроекономічного підходу. Розглянуто особливості формування доходів домогосподарств України в сучасних умовах. Охарактеризовано основні теоретико-прагматичні аспекти доходів домашніх господарств. Проаналізовано прагматику формування доходів домашніх господарств на основі даних Державної служби статистики України впродовж 2007 – 2011 рр. Визначено основні фактори, які суттєво впливають на дохідну поведінку домогосподарств та окреслено першочергові заходи держави з метою покращення ситуації у даній сфері фінансових відносин.

The theoretical aspects of households’ income behavior and its impact on the development of socio-economic processes in the society are described. The essence of households’ income within the microeconomics approach is disclosed in the article. The peculiarities of how the households form their incomes under modern conditions are presented in the article. The fundamental theoretical and pragmatic aspects of the households’ incomes are examined. The pragmatics of the households’ incomes forming is analyzed by the author on the basis of the data provided by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine during 2007-2011. The impact of wages on the domestic households’ incomes forming and the peculiarities of its industrial and territorial differentiation are found out. The assignment of social transfers to the population as a basic source of forming citizens’ incomes are evaluated in the article. The features of how social payments are assigned in the structure of obtained social transfers by population are investigated. The author emphasizes on peculiarities of entrepreneurial profit in the structure of households’ income. The role of earnings from property in the structure of income in the households’ budget is described. The basic factors influencing the households’ income behavior are identified. The primary government measures for improving the situation in this sphere of financial relations are outlined in the article.
