Вплив економічних чинників на ефективність діяльності підприємств машинобудування

Abstract

Досліджено та проаналізовано діяльність двох середніх підприємств машинобудування в період відносно стабільного розвитку економіки 2003 – 2007 рр. і періоду глобальної кризи 2008 – 2011 рр. Проведено аналіз за такими показниками: обсяг продукції, індекс обсягу продукції, інвестиції й наведені дані за вказаними показниками для двох періодів. Збільшення капітальних інвестицій, головно, в основні засоби у 2003 та 2008 рр. призвело до зменшення числа працюючих у 2005 р. та максимального зростання обсягу реалізованої продукції в 2008 р. Оборотні активи підприємства досягають максимуму в 2007 – 2008 рр., а найвищий чистий прибуток у 2008 – 2009 рр.

The comparative analysis of the two medium size enterprises during the relatively stable period of economic development and global crisis is carried out. The analysis of the following indicators: the volume of production, index of the volume of production and investments is carried out and the data concerning these indicators for the two periods are presented. It is shown that the increased capital investment in 2003 and in 2008 including the investments in the fixed assets in 2003 and in innovations, information technologies in particular resulted in the increase of the volume of production in the next years and in the reduction of the employed workers. The researches being carried out testify that the circulating assets of the enterprise are at their maximum in 2007 – 2008 and the highest net income is in 2008 – 2009. The historical and residual values of the fixed assets are at their highest in 2008 with a small decline recorded in 2009 – 2010. The growth in the circulating assets was recorded in 2007 – 2008 resulted in the reduction of the production realization which caused the retardation of the long-term debts redemption and the decline of the net income in 2009 – 2010 compared with the 2008. Innovative potential is treated as the combination of possibilities of the enterprise to generate and introduce new ideas, modernize the equipment, technologies and management. Comparison of the financial indices in 2007 and 2008 testified the inadequate differences which are ignored in the transition to a dollar equivalent. If in 2008 the volume of production in hryvnias increased by 40 % and the remuneration of labor increased 1,6 times then in a dollar equivalent the increase in the volume of production by 10 % and the decline of the remuneration of labor by 10 % was recorded. According to the value of indicators of the financial stability and labor potential the activities of the enterprises in 2003 – 2007 correspond to the period of the relatively stable growth and have a significant deviation from the normative values in the period of 2008 – 2011.
