Abstract: Представлено результати соціологічного опитування серед викладачів вищих навчальних закладів на предмет якості підготовки студентів та чинників впливу на ефективність роботи науково-педагогічних працівників. Серед причин зниження якості вищої освіти наголос робиться на недофінансуванні галузі, низькому рівні підготовки випускників загальноосвітніх шкіл та неналежному проходженні студентами навчальної практики. Вагомий вплив на показники якості освіти чинить і рівень підготовки самих викладачів, яким доволі часто не вистачає практичного досвіду дослідницької, консультативної, виробничо-організаційної роботи. Існуюча система оплати праці немає позитивного впливу на результативність роботи викладача ВНЗ. Окреслено необхідність підвищення якості освіти у вищих навчальних закладах та обґрунтовано важливість процесу управління якістю освіти.
The results of the survey among the teachers of higher educational establishments about the quality of students’ preparations and factors which influence on the efficiency of scientific and pedagogical workers are shown in the article. The author gives the interpretation of educational quality as an indicator of economic growth. Low level of training of the graduators from secondary schools and low quality of practical trainings of students were determined as reasons of how to decrease the quality of higher educational establishments. Level of training which most teachers don’t have or have lack of experience in research, consulting, production and organizational work does the most significant impact on the quality of education. Among the factors which increase the quality of education teachers has mentioned the improvement of financial position, changes in methods and technologies, development of students’ creative approach to the process of studying. Major institutions to assess the quality of high education must be public organizations. The article underlines the necessity of raising up the quality of education at higher educational establishments and it grounds the importance of management process which is responsible for the quality of education. The wage system of teachers at the universities and its impact on their scientific work is analyzed. The current wage system doesn’t have positive impact on the effectiveness of teacher’s work at high school. The author believes that the process of quality assurance should be comprehensive and based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9000:2000. The author presented her own vision on the quality of management education. A complete, objective, adequate, accurate information about the state of quality of education in the process of monitoring quality is the only way to ensure its high level. The higher education’s quality evaluation should be systematic, comprehensive and reflect the real situation in Ukraine.
