| Abstract: | Предметом дослідження статті є оцінювання результатів науково-технічної діяльності в наукових установах і організаціях, ВНЗ та інноваційно-активних підприємствах, метою – розроблення науково-методичних основ оцінювання результатів такої діяльності. Запропоновано оцінювати усі результати науково-технічної діяльності за критеріями новизни, значущості для науки і практики, об’єктивності, доказовості й точності. Загальна оцінка результатів НТД формується на основі узагальнення усіх оцінок, представлених експертами. Purpose of the article is development scientifically methodical bases of estimation of results of scientific and technical activity in scientific establishments and organizations, institute of higher and innovative active enterprises. The article of research is an estimation of results of scientific and technical activity. It is in-process suggested to estimate all results of scientific and technical activity after the criteria of novelty, meaningfulness, for science and practice, objectivity, to evidentialness and exactness. The general estimation of results of NTD is formed on the basis of generalization of all estimations, presented experts. |
