Дослідження методів і засобів оптимального вибору систем керування базами даних за критерієм продуктивності

Abstract

Сучасні реляційні бази даних та системи керування базами даних відіграють важливу роль у проектуванні як окремих програмних систем, так і цілих інформаційних комплексів. Проблема оцінювання продуктивності СКБД пов'язана з цільовою побудовою системи. Ціль відображає деякий кінцевий стан керованого розвитку: ціль – кінцевий результат, на досягнення якого спрямоване функціонування системи. У зв’язку з цим у роботі обґрунтовано та формалізовано модель багатокритеріального вибору оптимальних рішень за результатами оцінювання продуктивності СКБД на основі апарату теорії множин. Розроблено метод прийняття рішень, що дозволяє забезпечити оптимальність вибору СКБД на основі п’яти рівневої ієрархічної структури критеріїв продуктивності. Відзначимо, що кількість рівнів в дереві критеріїв залежить від змістовного сенсу описуваної якості і може змінюватися. На основі визначених функціональних вимог, спроектовано архітектуру засобу автоматизації процесу визначення кількісних оцінок за характеристикою продуктивність. Експериментально доведено ефективність розробленого методу і засобу при оцінюванні та прийнятті рішень щодо оптимальності вибору СКБД.
