| Kokkuvõte: | The work investigates the influence of the electronic states of the division line on the parameters of volt-ampere characteristics. It has been ascertained that the parameters of volt-ampere characteristics change under the action of reverse tension of certain duration and amplitude only in those contact structures which have empty electronic state close to Fermi level on the division line of metal-n-silicium. The mechanism of transfer of electric charge does not depend on the action of impulse and power of the current which goes through the division line is defined through the electronic states of the division lineю |
